The processing of the raw materials is carried out after the collection of the optimum balsamic plants, depending on the type of product finished obtainable according to the dictates of F.U.I. The extraction of essential oils and aromatic waters occurs in a current of steam, through the use of distillers type “clevert” or with external steam generators. Each lot is analyzed by GS / MS analysis in order to ensure the purity of the product and its certain composition, and thus to ensure the customer the certainty of a raw material 100% pure, organic and fully traceable.
